What: Grady's Spring Convocation honors students graduating in Spring or Summer 2013. The Convocation brings students, faculty, family and friends together to celebrate Grady student achievement and to welcome graduates into the professions in journalism and mass communication.
Date: Thursday, May 9, 2013
Time: 2:00 p.m. (Graduates must check in between 12:45 and 1:30 p.m.)
Place: Classic Center Theatre, Downtown Athens

Parking: Parking is free and available at the Classic Center parking garage, located on Foundry Street, on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking maps are available at http://classiccenter.com/general/visitor_information/parking.html.

Seating: Students may invite as many guests as they would like. Seating is first come, first served, and no tickets are required.
Dress: Business casual (caps and gowns are not worn for Convocation).
Students: Check-in will be from 12:45-1:30 p.m. the Classic Center (room TBA). All students wishing to participate in the Convocation Ceremony must arrive for check-in before 1:30 p.m.

The University of Georgia's Spring 2013 Commencement ceremonies
will be held on Friday, May 10th.

The graduate ceremony will begin at 10 a.m. in Stegeman Coliseum.
The undergraduate ceremony will begin at 7 p.m. in Sanford Stadium.
