This plan has been created based on research and discussion within the Grady College Diversity Committee for the past two years. This plan builds upon University-wide and national research on diversity issues. In the University Strategic Plan and through the mission and goals of the Office of Institutional Diversity, the University states its commitment to create a culture of diversity.
